We’ve introduced a new feature that makes switching between seller and buyer profiles easier than ever. Simply click the profile icon in the header (marked as “new”), and you’ll find a toggle to switch between the two modes.  

When in seller mode, you’ll access features like My Tasks Find Jobs, Seller Performance, and more—everything tailored to sellers. In buyer mode, you’ll see tools like *Posted Jobs Buyer Performance and other buyer specific options.  

This streamlined experience ensures you only see relevant features, making the platform more convenient and easier to navigate by minimizing unnecessary options.

Each individual is permitted to create only one account. However, a user can function as both a seller and a buyer simultaneously within the same account.

A profile page is a personalized space on a website or application where users can showcase their information, skills, and activities. It typically includes details such as:

Personal Information: Name, profile picture, and contact details.
Bio/Description: A brief overview of the user’s background, interests, or services offered.
Skills and Expertise: A list of relevant skills, qualifications, or specialties.
Portfolio or Work Samples: Examples of previous work or projects to demonstrate expertise.
Activity History: A record of past jobs, completed tasks, or transactions.
Ratings and Reviews: Feedback from other users to establish credibility and trustworthiness.

In platforms like Freelancerfly, the profile page serves as a hub for users to manage their roles, whether as a buyer or seller, and access relevant features tailored to their needs.

Sellers are required to maintain a success rate of over 85% at all times, based on satisfied tasks. A high number of unsatisfied tasks will negatively impact a seller's success rate. If the success rate falls too low, the seller will be prohibited from taking on new jobs for the next 30 days. You can view your success rate on your profile. For more information.

The temporary success rate represents the percentage of satisfied tasks completed within the last 7 days. This percentage must remain above 85%. If it falls below this threshold, the seller will be temporarily unable to accept new tasks. An excessive number of "not satisfied" tasks will negatively affect the seller's temporary success rate. You can check your success rate in your profile.

To uphold a world-class 24/7 platform supported by a dedicated administration team, we charge a microtask job posting fee of 5%. Sellers are charged a 15% fee, while buyers incur a 15% order fee. Please consider our administrators as your collaborative partners in achieving your goals. As such, we do not tolerate any illegal activities, scams, spam, or attempts to mislead others for personal gain, including seeking free work or encouraging illegal actions. 

Our backend systems allow us to monitor activity closely, and when we detect suspicious behavior, we place those accounts on hold and reach out to the account owner.
